Best Western Plus Dalton Inn

Just passing through to sleep, 2 adults 3 kids. Fast check in, had the room ready at like 11p for us when we were coming through. It was clean, nice, spacious- our kids loved that. We asked them to bring us up towels at like 12A and they did which was nice since we had been in the car for 10 hours. I would say the only con for us is the shower pressure wasn’t great. But I would stay here again either way. They had a gym (we didn’t use) but was really nice. And washer and dryer set up too.

the breakfast good in what was served, no protein bacon or other on the weekend , no fruit either fresh or cut up like melons grapes nor whole fruit . We missed the availability of it . our bed was on the soft side to old maybe and it moved around very easily even when sitting down or getting in it . if you bumped or leaned on it the whole bed slid or moved We still like your hotel and would like to see a little lower costs per nights of stay especially on non holiday dates your staff is helpful polite and enjoyable thank you

Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient, easy exit off interstate.

I liked the materials used to finish the hotel. Quite comfortable. Pillows were just ok. Thankfully had plenty of them. Lobby and breakfast area were a great layout.

Alicia, was terrific, awesome customer service! Friendly, professional and went the extra mile! After an unfortunate booking disaster with Quality Inn and Suites, I rebooked with Booking.com and then showed up 5 minutes later, they had 2 rooms, the first wasn't ready. When she set up the second room she discounted my stay for the inconvenience. What a tremendous relief to have great service and the Best Western Plus is now a hotel I will look for when I travel.
